- Is this a legit website and company?
Oh yes, we are a real company with real people behind it. iQlaser was founded
in 2004 and is located in the North of Johannesburg / South Africa.
Please feel free to contact us and talk to us. Our office is open Monday to Friday between 0900 and 1600.
You are more than welcome to visit us, but we kindly ask that you make prior arrangements
thereby ensuring
that we have enough time for you.
- When I looked at your
online store yesterday, the prices were different compared to the prices I
see today.
Yes, this can happen. Most of our equipment we offer in our online store
are imported from overseas. Fluctuations in the exchange rate forces us to
adjust our pricing from time to time.
- I am bit afraid to place an order with you without
having seen the equipment!
No problem, please come and visit us! We are more than happy to show you
the equipment upfront and demonstrate how it works. This is also an
excellent opportunity to answer any additional questions you might have.
Please make arrangements with us prior to your visit, allowing us to have
time for you.
- Do you offer support for
the equipment you are selling?
We certainly do. Our staff is trained by the manufacturers and also experienced
with the equipment. This allows us to support you and on top of it we have the backup
of our suppliers as well.
- I damaged the equipment I purchased from
you; can you fix it?
Yes, for most of our products we are able to offer a repair service
locally here in South Africa.
- I lost an item, like an
antenna for my GNSS receiver! Do you carry spares?
Yes, we do. Please contact us in case you are not able to find
the part you need in our online store.
